Proposal Managers
A professional with over 20 years’ experience managing complex procurement opportunities. Oversees the entire process of creating and submitting business proposals, ensuring they are compelling, compliant, and aligned with the client needs and company offerings. Works with various teams to gather information, manage timelines, and finalize the proposal, aiming to create winning bids that effectively communicate the company's value. Tasks include strategic planning, project management, content development, managing compliance, identifying and implementing best practices and maintaining clear communications between the client, consultants, and all affected stakeholders. Masters Degree in Management and holds a Security Clearance level of TS.

Volume Leads (Management and Technical)
15 or more years of experience, often responsible for overseeing the development of a specific section or volume within a proposal. Ensures the assigned volume meets the requirements of the solicitation, is compliant, and contributes to the overall competitiveness of the proposal. Tasks include developing and reviewing content, leadership and coordination, POC for a specific volume, and manages overall quality. Typical VLs have specialized skills within a specific volume type (ie., Management Volume, Technical Volume, Past Performance, Small Business).

Editors 
10+ years' editing experience in military, DOD, and commercial procurements. Confident working with authors to convey clear, crisp, compliant content. Bachelors Degree in English.  

Writers
10 years’ experience creating persuasive business proposals, grant applications, and contract bids. Researches client needs, gathers information from subject matter experts, and develops compelling narratives that highlight an organization's value and solutions. Provides writing, editing, project management, compliance review, and works with the PM to ensure quality. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in English.

Graphics/Desktop Publishing/Overall Production
15 years of combined experience in Federal and State proposal response development. Experience in graphic design, desktop publishing, proposal compliance, marketing, and public relations. Professional production experience ranging from Federal procurements to weekly newspapers. Broad experience in graphic design, desktop publishing, entity and conference branding, and orals presentations. Bachelor’s in English (Creative Writing). Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite.
